Registration Fees
Scouts joining at the start of a school year that have not been previously registered pay a prorated $15 registration fee. Then, in November, there is a registration fee for the following calendar year: $35 of the fee goes to National Scout office, $1 goes to insurance, and $15 goes into the Camp KT Wallace account (for supplies and utilities on the building). Scouts participating in Popcorn Sales and meeting their goal will have their registration fee for the following calendar year covered.

Handbook
Each Cub Scout will need the handbook specific to his den. This handbook will need to accompany the Cub at each den meeting. (Note that the handbooks updated covers for 2019 to solid color, no longer wood grain background.)

Uniform
Each Cub will need an official shirt (t-shirt for Lions, navy blue for Tigers, Wolves and Bears; tan for Webelos and Arrow of Light) and uniform items for his or her appropriate den: hat, neckerchief and slide, and belt. Uniform shirt patches to start include the pack numbers 295 (in red), World Crest Emblem, and Coastal Georgia Council patch (we do not use Den number patches). Rank patches will be issued by the Pack as the Cubs earn their ranks. Click here for full insignia layout information.

The official uniform is to be worn at all Pack meetings and functions.

Pack 295 does not require the wearing of the official BSA Cub Scout switchback pants. Navy blue pants or shorts or jeans without any holes, rips or stains will be acceptable.

Class B uniforms – the official Pack T-shirt – are ordered at the beginning of the Scouting year. T-shirts and hoodies are available and may be worn with jeans or shorts for den meetings and activities.

Health Forms
Prior to attending any overnighters or day trips, all Cub Scouts and participating parents must complete and submit Parts A and B of the health forms. Click here to download the forms.

Camp Outs
Cub Scouting overnights are family (car) camping. Each family will need their own tent, sleeping bags, etc. Click here for a sample packing checklist.

The Pack will decide in advance what meals will be done as a Pack, but usually each family is responsible for their own breakfasts at a minimum.
